Celebrating Mother's Day

In the spirit of honouring the women in their lives, Year 3/4 students at Yarra Road Primary School dedicated time to create artworks for Mother's Day.

Armed with colourful paints, the students decorated their papers with vibrant hues and imaginative designs. With giggles and smiles all around, they let their creativity run wild, creating unique masterpieces that are as special as the ladies that inspire them every day. The students are very excited to welcome their mothers and mother figures to our Mother’s Day Morning on Friday.

We asked students to share their favourite things about their mothers and mother figures. Here is what they said:

It's heartwarming to see the love and appreciation these kids have for the special women in their lives. Here's to celebrating mothers and mother figures everywhere!
