Photography MAP Excursion

The photography MAP students enjoyed a sunny day in the city where they experienced and photographed a slice of urban life. They captured snapshots of Melbourne's bustling streets and daring architecture. Their next stop was the RMIT gallery, where they immersed themselves in the "Execute_photography “exhibition. Curated by the university, it explored the dynamic interplay between AI and photography, showcasing both harmony and chaos. Everyone enjoyed the interactive nature of the exhibition and took part in all the activities on offer.

Students stopped for lunch at Melbourne Central so they could all chose something they like to eat from the different food stalls.

After lunch, some students even decided to showcase their musical mastery on the public piano near the food court.

Once their stomachs were satisfied, students were eager to resume their discovery tour. They walked through Chinatown and colourful alleyways where they found many features to photograph.

They ended the afternoon with a visit to Federation Square where workers were busy preparing for an upcoming event.

The train ride home seemed short as students reflected on their experiences, having captured stunning images throughout their adventure.
