Hello, from Carolyn.
Respect, responsibility and kindness
Hello everyone,
Special Person Afternoon and BBQ, Monday 13th May.
On Monday afternoon we have our Special Person afternoon, always a lovely time in our classrooms with our students and their special visitors enjoying a range of different activities.
After school, Parents & Friends are hosting a whole school BBQ. We hope that lots of you can stay to enjoy a catch up with your school friends, our staff, and make some new friends.
Time to think about enrolments for 2025.
Next week, we are offering a school tour for prospective 2025 families. Let us know if you will be coming along. If you already have children attending our school, and you have a younger child who will be starting here next year, please let us know.
Plenty of illnesses about!
It seems we are experiencing our winter illnesses early! Well, I certainly hope there isn't a repeat of the last couple of weeks once we hit winter! We have lots of students and staff away unwell. You may have noticed that there are a few replacement teachers in our classrooms, we have been fortunate to be able to replace our classrooms teachers either by reallocating staff members from other programs or employing casual relief teachers. You can help us all stay well by keeping unwell children home to rest and recover. If your child shows cold symptoms, please test for COVID19. If they test positive, they need to stay home for at least 5 days.
Our expected behaviours at Bendigo PS.
Have a great weekend everyone.
Warm regards,
Carolyn.
