Welcome back

There’s nothing like the warmer weather to make the air-conditioned splendour of the library a welcome sanctuary at lunch times. It’s been very busy since the start of the term.

This year I am ably assisted by three Library Legends: Freya, Ellie and Sophia all from 6SM. You will know them by the distinctive T shirts they wear whilst on duty, designed by a librarian, forged in a Parisian sweat shop.

My thanks also to all the parents who have volunteered to cover new library books this year. Your continued support is invaluable. Special mention to Rebecca for her Tuesday library shift. No shelf is safe.

Loans

Prep/1: 2 books

Y2/3: 3 books

Y4: 4 books

Y5/6: 6 books

All books are loaned for two weeks.

Preps are introduced to the library in Week 7.

Aside from timetabled library classes the library is open at lunch time Tuesday to Thursday.
