Foundation Art: Muffin the pigeon

🎨 Meet Muffin the Pigeon! 🐦

Almost every day, a friendly pigeon named Muffin comes and visits students in the Art room. Muffin is very friendly and has lovely lilac colours in his feathers. These mixed media artworks are based on Muffin and we hope he likes them!

Foundation students were inspired by the mixed media artworks by Australian artist Aiden Weichard who uses bright colourful layers in different materials. They had fun experimenting with oil pastels, water colour paints, crayons, textas and pencils.
