Curriculum Contributions 2024

You would have by now received either a hard copy notice or Sentral notification of the 2024 Parent Payment notice for your child's year level next year. 

This covers the curriculum contributions that can be made to the school, and the stationery items for your child next year.

A reminder that the Maxim Booklist stationery items need to be ordered before the 20th November.

This notice outlines the book pack items which we encourage each child to bring with them at the beginning of Term 1 in 2024. We recommend you purchase these through Maxim Office Supplies. There are instructions included in the notice on how to do this easily online before the 20th November 2023 to be delivered free to the school on the 11th December 2023.

After this date you can still order book packs through Maxim until the 09th February 2024 and they will be delivered to the school on the 16th February, however this will incur a late fee of $15.00.

Maxim has worked with us to put together a pack of cost-effective stationery that our teachers have chosen to best meet the needs of the students within each year level. Alternatively, you may choose to purchase these through your own choice of provider.

This notice also contains information about financial contributions for 2024.

If you have not been able to make contributions previously, please consider contributing to support the continued development and provision of high-quality programs, materials, and resources to support our students and assist them to reach their full potential.

CAMPS, SPORTS & EXCURSIONS FUND (CSEF)

Applications are now available to apply for CSEF for 2024.

If you applied for CSEF in 2023 you do not need to complete an application form unless there has been a change in your family situation, or you have a child who is starting at Bimbadeen Heights PS for the first time.

Attached is CSEF information and the 2024 application form. If you are eligible to apply, please forward the completed form to the office with a copy of the relevant valid concession card. This card must be in the name of the parent/carer not the child.
