Whole School Concert

Dear Families

The Bureau of Meteorology is forecasting a cool day with some wind and rain, so we have decided to move our scheduled Whole School Concert from our netball court to the school hall. This will mean some of the arrangements that have been previously advertised will need to change.

We are requesting that parents drop their child/ren off to a designated classroom at a specific time before making your way to the hall to see your child perform. You will then be required to collect your child from the same classroom immediately after their performance is completed. Please see timeline below.

As our hall is not large enough to hold our entire school community we will be asking families to move in and out of the hall throughout the evening, with priority being given to families of the year level group performing at the time. We are incorporating transition times into the performance schedule to ensure smooth movement of the audience between year level performances. If the weather permits we are encouraging families to spend some time gathering in our courtyard or on the school oval when not enjoying the entertainment in our hall. Blankets, pillows and chairs will not be permitted in the hall, but can be utilised in our outside areas. The school will provide chairs for those that need them in the hall.
