Principal's Report

By Carolyn Serpell

Yesterday, students participated in their final day of XC skiing. Many thanks again to Steph for her organisation, and to all attending staff and volunteers for their assistance and helping make these experiences possible.  Our students have had a fantastic experience throughout the downhill and XC programs and have been extremely lucky to have such great snow and conditions.

Today, 24 students, in Years 3-6, participated in the Australian Maths Competition.  As this is an optional event, we were really pleased by the amount of student interest in the competition.

Many thanks to Dave for his organisation, and to all families for their support.

Thank you also to everyone who came along to our Book Fair yesterday.  Tomorrow, we will hold our annual Book Parade and Celebration Day!  Families are invited to join us for the parade, which will commence at 9.10am.  Our Book Fair will be also open after the parade, from 9.45 - 11am. All proceeds from the Fair will go towards buying new books for our library, so we greatly appreciate your support!

All restocked after a first busy session yesterday, ready for another session tomorrow.

Next week, the Dental Van will be visiting. Thank you to those families who have provided their consent forms for these check ups.  Please note that we can no longer accept any late forms.

Friday morning assemblies will resume from next week, with a presentation from Year 6. We look forward to seeing you there!

Prep Enrolments for 2026 are now due.  If you know of someone who is intending to enrol their child for Prep in 2026, please ask them to contact us for an enrolment form. School tours are available on request and every Friday afternoon, from 2.30pm, Kinder-aged children are invited to join us for Friday Friends- developmental play in the P-1 classroom.
