Junior School

We have been very busy in the Junior school over the last few weeks.  For  our Prep inquiry, we have been learning about living things, and in particular, life cycles, habitats, needs vs wants, changes to living species over time and making great choices to look after our environment.  All the students have planted some seeds and are conducting daily observations to see if the seeds grow and what conditions are required for them to thrive.

For Book Week - we were so excited that nearly everybody dressed up for the dress up day and parade!  During our Buddy Session that week, we used technology to design front covers of the Prep's favourite books, taking photos and editing them to make the Prep students appear as the main character - we had heaps of fun!
