WELCOME TO AIDAN OUR PRAYER BEAR

Aidan is our much loved school prayer bear. Last year he visited and stayed with some of our St. Aidan's families for a week. He became a part of their family, shared in their weekly activities and encouraged praying together. 

We are happy to announce that Aidan our prayer bear will start staying with our St Aidan's families again.

On Monday, March 16 at 2.30pm, we will be launching our prayer bear Aidan to our Kindergarten class. We welcome all Kindergarten parents and carers to join us as we embark on your child’s faith formation journey together. 

Prayer is simply talking to God and at St. Aidan’s we want all of students to nurture their prayer life. Watch this video on prayer by our 2026 Pope Francis Awards students. 

Throughout the year, each week, one student from Kinder to Year 3 will have the opportunity to have Aidan our prayer bear visit and stay with them for a week. 

Students from Years 4-6 will have a different initiative. Stay tuned for more details!

HOLY FAMILY PARISH MAROUBRA

ST AIDAN'S PLAYGROUP SESSIONS

Starting Term 2 we will be having playgroup sessions at the parish hall on Thursday mornings from 9:00-10:30am. We would love to have our preschool children with their parents or carers for morning circle, storytelling and fun activities.

COFFEE TALK

During Week 5 we enjoyed a wonderfully attended coffee catch up with our Kindergarten parents. It was lovely to meet new faces and reconnect with many of our Kindergarten families. 

We are pleased to share that we will be hosting another session before the end of the term. All parents and carers who are free after morning drop off are warmly invited to join us.
