Dear Parents, 

FAREWELL MRS KELLY

I would like to take a moment to acknowledge and celebrate Mrs Maria Kelly as she enters her well earned retirement. For more than two decades, Mrs Kelly has been a gentle and compassionate presence at St Aidan’s, serving with exceptional dedication in her role as a Learning Support Officer.

Her kindness, patience and unwavering commitment to the wellbeing of our students have touched the hearts of staff, families, and students. Her influence has shaped not only the academic journeys of our students but also the nurturing spirit of our school community.

As we farewell Mrs Kelly from daily school life, we do so with immense gratitude. She will be deeply missed. We feel truly blessed to have shared so many years with her and wish her every joy and blessing as she steps into this new chapter of life.

BAPTISM CELEBRATIONS

This past week St Aidan’s community have celebrated as five of our students received the Sacrament of Baptism. It has been a privilege to witness these young people take this important step in their faith journey, surrounded by the love and support of their families, friends, and our school community.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to Fr Allan, our parish priest, for his ongoing guidance, presence, and pastoral care. His support continues to strengthen the connection between our school and parish, and we are deeply grateful for the time and care he gives to our students.

We warmly welcome these five students into the Catholic Faith and pray that they continue to grow in God’s love, grace, and light. May their Baptism be the beginning of a lifelong journey filled with faith, hope, and joy.

EASTER BREAK

As we conclude what has been a productive and eventful term at St Aidan’s, I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to all students, families and staff for their continued commitment and support. The dedication shown across our community has contributed to a term marked by meaningful learning, positive growth and a strong sense of shared purpose.

As we enter the Easter break, I wish every family a restful and reflective holiday period. May this time bring renewal, peace and the opportunity to enjoy time together.

We look forward to welcoming everyone back for the new term ahead. One that promises continued learning, engagement and many enriching experiences for our students.
