2024 School Fees

Payment Options for 2024 School Fees 

Option 1 - One-off Payment  

Due Date:  As soon as possible.

Option 2 - Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly and Term Instalments (Direct Debits)

Option 3 - Credit Card Payments 

Option 4 - Self Managed regular payments made by family.

Commencement Dates Direct Debits

Weekly - 16th February 2024

Fortnightly - 15th February, 1st March 2024

Monthly - 1st March 2024

Term - 1st March, 1st May, 1st August and 1st November 2024

The preferred method of payment is direct debit (automatic transactions set up by the School), a form can be emailed out to families to complete and returned for processing as soon as possible. 

Direct Debits 

Families who are already on a direct debit plan from 2023,  your plan will rollover unless otherwise advised and payments will start this week as per the above information.

Current Pensioner and Health Care Card Holders 

The Victorian Government provides the Camps, Sports & Excursions Fund (CSEF) for eligible students. The payment amount is $150 per year for eligible primary school students.

Applications by the end of Term 2 2024.  

Please complete the application form and forward to the Front Office or email – kmcasey@sbwangaratta.catholic.edu.au with a copy of your Health Care Card.
