Celebrating Membership Milestones

This month, we acknowledge and thank FN Heron Johns (Bull Creek, WA) for 40 incredible years of flying the First National flag in Perth. Jenny Gauci and her team dominate the area and deliver results for customers, time after time.

Staying in Western Australia, we congratulate our superb FN Kalgoorlie team on their third decade of First National membership. Consistently represented in our GEM Awards programme, it’s simply standard practice delivering excellence for their customers.

Fighting Hard for Myeloma Sufferers

Andrew Pearce of FN TSFN (Bendigo, VIC) is fighting hard as he undergoes his treatment for Multiple Myeloma. Having written to the Victorian Premier, Jacinta Allan, to request a meeting to discuss the challenges of the disease, Andrew was granted an opportunity to advocate on behalf of all affected Victorians, while still working for the good of his clients.

First Auction Success

The FN JXRE (Clayton, VIC) team celebrated its first auction success of 2024 with 2/32 Browns Road, Clayton, which sold for $1.2 million. They always sell on the round numbers, don’t they!

Going The Extra Mile

Who could be surprised that FN Manly (NSW) principal, Karen Joseph received a bunch of flowers of such size? In a tight rental market, it pays to go the extra mile for your clients, and it’s nice to see tenants acknowledging Karen’s hard work. They’re only human, after all!

Death Threats, Retirement and a House Fire in Crazy 24 Hours 

Over at FN Genesis (Mt Hawthorn, WA), sales agent and Perth Wildcats basketball star, Damien Martin, had a crazy 24 hours incorporating winning in Sydney, his jersey retirement, receiving death threats, picking up fish and chips for dinner, and saving a sleeping resident from a house fire! 

The death threats evidently came from an Indonesian gambler who had bet on the Sydney Kings to win and lost money. Not your average day in real estate!

FN Advocate, Wayne Nicholson Lists with FN Townsville     

At FN Townsville (Aitkenvale, QLD), FN Advocate and former three-decade plus owner of FN Nicholson (Kirwan, QLD), Wayne Nicholson, is selling up and making the move south to Brisbane. 

Naturally, he’s entrusted John Bowen and Terry Godde to clinch the deal.
