Volunteer Sign Up- We need your help!!!
“Still calling for Volunteers!!!! “We have filled 82 of the 172 hr volunteer slots over the whole day! Thank you to those who have put their name down. If you have been thinking about it, now is the time to be bold and get your slot! There is still space to help out in the Devonshire Tea area/stall, where you can help serve the scones and keep the area running smoothly!! If this is your flair, please put your name down for an hour. The carnival games need parents to supervise the kids while they take turns on the various fun and interactive games. There is hook a duck, chocolate throwing, and more. We all know how excited kids can get when trying to win a prize, so some parent/grandparent supervision will be essential!! You will help kids take turns, wait patiently in line, hand out prizes and return orders to a very exciting games area! If this is your flair, please put your name down for an hour. There are also many pack and set up slots, so we need all hands on deck!! Thanks to our amazing community- all school families can be involved to help make this a super event for all!!

Working Bee
There will be a working bee from 10am - 4pm on Sunday 16th November to help prepare the school site for Pleasant Day Out. There will be jobs for everyone to do regardless of your skill set. Come for some or all of the time, whatever time you can give is greatly appreciated! Please see Jonny Hobbs at the office if you have any questions.
Pre loved items neeed
Mia from 5/6E is taking the lead in organising the Toys, Books, Games, and Clothes Stall for the Pleasant Day Out Trash and Treasure Market.
Mia has shown fantastic initiative and leadership in coordinating donations, helping sort through items, and ensuring everything is ready for the big day.
We encourage families to continue donating quality pre-loved items to support the stall. Your contributions will not only help make the event a success but also support our school community. Please deliver these to the office from November 10th.

We invite any interested students who would like to share their special talent or school on the stage at Pleasant Day Out to express their interest. Whether you sing, play an instrument, dance, tumble or perform magic... we'd love to see you do your thing!
