Families are invited to join us at 2.30pm next Monday (22nd June) for a special student performance of 'Children Sing' in the Multi-Purpose room. This performance will showcase student learning in music this semester.
We are incredibly grateful for Emily’s expertise and the countless hours she dedicates to our performances. Our music program is a true point of pride, and its impact shines through as we watch our students grow in knowledge and skill from Prep all the way to Year 6.

A second shorter performance showcasing Ellen, Kim and Steph's classes (along with the advanced ukulele group) will be held on Tuesday 23rd June at 11.30am, for the Kindergarten and Play Group children, and their families.
Next Friday is the last day of term, and families are reminded that school will finish at the earlier time of 2.30pm.
Ticket sales have started with a bang and we have already raised over $2000! Please keep sharing the link with family and friends, work colleagues and community groups.
As extra motivation to get selling, we have two fun prizes for the student / family that sell the most raffle tickets, so let's make this big!
Raffle winners will be announced at assembly on Friday 17th July 2026.

A big thank you to Kathryn and the Kitchen Garden Crew for yesterday's delicious serve of Chow Mein. It was great to see everyone's plates scraped clean at the end, and a number of students going back for 3rds! A big shout out also to Will at Farm to Fork Butchery for his support with supplying the meat at a discounted price. We really appreciate it!
Due to the current forecasts for continued poor snow conditions, our snow program has now been postponed until Term 3. With a whole extra month for winter to kick in, we expect our program to commence in Week 2 of Term 3 on Wednesday July 22nd (and July 29th and August 5th.) Cross Country Skiing will be scheduled according to snow conditions. Thank you to all our volunteers for your flexibility, and we look forward to taking up your assistance soon! Families are reminded to see the Sport & PE page of the newsletter for general information and to watch out for Compass updates.
Families interested in sending their child to Mount Beauty Primary School are invited to visit for a school tour. Please book in by calling the school office on (03) 57544354 or emailing mount.beauty.ps@education.vic.gov.au
