Happy holidays! I hope you have a lovely 2 weeks with your families and are able to have a break! The community hub is closed for the school holidays, but I have included some other community activities at the end of this page that are happening during the holidays.
Playgroup
Some photos from the last couple weeks at playgroup! Playgroups are now finished until week 2 of Term 3. We will return on Monday 29th of July.
English Classes
Classes will return on Thursday week 1, the 25th of July. Our general English class is 10-12pm on Thursdays and our beginner English class is 12:30-2pm on Thursdays, all welcome!
DHS workshops
We really enjoyed the DHS workshops run this term. Lots of good information about child development and being safe online. Next term we will have a workshop on building resilience and coping skills in young children so watch this space!
Sing and Grow
New to the hub we have an 8-week Sing and Grow program for parents with their child under 5 years old. Join us for an hour a week for singing, dancing, and playing instruments - lead by a music therapist. We will finish the sessions with some afternoon tea! Spaces are limited so get in quick. Starting Week 3, 7th of August. 1pm-2:30pm.
