This Foundation student brightens up any room she walks into with her gorgeous smile and positive energy. Her curiosity and the terrific questions she asks her peers and teachers reflect her eagerness to learn. Always reliable and ready to assist friends in need, she exemplifies kindness and helpfulness. She listens attentively, follows instructions diligently, and takes pride in her accomplishments. Her friendly personality has helped her forge many friendships this year. She is not only a terrific kid but also a true Syndal South Superstar with a very bright future ahead. Congratulations Mia! 

Year 1

Erica 

 

Erica is a friendly, caring, enthusiastic member of the class.  She is always polite and considerate showing respect to her classmates and teachers.  Erica helps foster a positive learning environment by being willing to give everything a go and challenging herself to participate in all activities.  She is an excellent role model as she sets a good example for others.  She has a great sense of humour and enjoys all learning tasks. Congratulations.

Year 2

Michelle

 

Michelle is a motivated student who always displays a willingness to take on challenges with a growth mindset. She upholds all the SSPS values and can be relied upon to be a positive role model for her peers. Michelle is caring and patient towards her classmates, she has been particularly helpful with her peers that require extra support with English. Michelle, congratulations on this special award, you are a very deserving terrific kid!

Year 3

Riya  

 

Riya is hardworking and tries her best at all tasks, demonstrating dedication in everything she does. Her book work and presentation for all learning tasks is always at a high standard, reflecting her commitment to excellence. Riya is helpful towards her peers, offering support and guidance whenever they need it, and is a caring friend to those around her. She comes into school each day with a positive attitude and a smile on her face. Riya listens attentively and shares her ideas during class discussions, contributing thoughtfully and enthusiastically. She is always giving her best effort during specialist classes, and it has been great to see her try new things this year, including joining the school aerobics team. Congratulations, Riya, on receiving the Term 2 Terrific Kid Award for Grade 3.

Year 4

Uyoung 

 

Uyoung is a well-deserved recipient of a Terrific Kid Award as he emulates the qualities that make him an exceptional role model to his peers. He is a friendly student who is considerate, empathetic, and mindful to all those around him no matter what the situation holds. Uyoung always puts others first and displays signs of dependability and responsibility. He engages with the routines of school life highly demonstrating all the school values in a respectful manner and shows determination and positivity whenever being confronted with challenging tasks or decisions, thus demonstrating the value of resilience.

Congratulations Uyoung on this proud achievement. You truly are a valued member of 4P who always brightens each day with your energetic enthusiasm and engaging big smile. You definitely are a Syndal South Star student :)

Year 5An 

An is a conscientious student who can be relied upon to do her work to the best of her ability. She works well with others and presents her work to a high standard within the allocated time frame. An has worked hard to improve her writing by using figurative language, such as personification and metaphors. Your responsible attitude and work ethic are to be commended. You are a superstar!

Year 6Keilah 

Keilah is a responsive, thoughtful student who interacts well with others in group activities. She gives everything a go and is always willing to help others. Keilah shows empathy towards her peers and always tries to find the right option to take. She encourages others to make appropriate choices as well. Academically, Keilah always strives to be her best and improve her learning.
