Inquiry Project

Those parents who were able to make it into our learning celebration on Wednesday saw the amazing work the students have done with their immigration suitcases. Students researched different countries that are represented in Australia's multicultural population and created a 'suitcase' that they may have brought with them if they were migrating. We are very proud of the efforts that have been put in by all students.

SPORTS

This term we have had our Winter Lightning Premiership, where students participated in AFL, Netball, Soccer and Softball.

We have also had some of our teams heading off to Division level competition after winning their Lightning Premiership competition.

Debating

Congratulations to Zara, Maggie, Zoe C, Ellia, Daniel, Phoenix, Heather and Pippa who participated in their first debate against Leopold Primary School.

Our Affirmative team won their debate, with Maggie getting best speaker.

Everyone did an amazing job. We are looking forward to our next debate in Term 3, on the topic: "Plastic bottles should be banned" - Do you agree or disagree?

This will be held at Fyans Park Primary School, on Thursday the 1st of August, at 4pm and 4:30pm.
