Parents Battle Of The Bands

Dear Parents and Guardians,

We’re excited to announce that our parent band, The Sheffield Roadies,  performed at the Yarra Ranges Parents’ Battle of the Bands competition, held at the Sooki Lounge on Thursday, July 31st.

Well done to the whole band on representing Billanook Primary at this auspicious event. 

5 Primary School's competed for the trophy and title of Parents Battle of the Bands - Yarra Ranges. They sang a number of songs, including John Farnham's classic "You're the Voice", which had the whole crowd singing with them.

 Thank you for sharing your talents with the whole community.

Our band consisted of:

Jodie Davis on drums, mum of Charli and Fletcher

Michelle Pezzimenti on keyboard, mum of Marcus and Adriana

Ellen Kimball on vocals, mum of Hamish 

Caitlin Pingham on vocals, mum of Matilda and Elizabeth

Amanda West on ukulele and guitar, our wonderful Art Teacher

Peter Humphreys on guitar, our fantastic Performing Arts Teacher
