From the District Netball Round Robin last term, our Level 6 Girls team qualified for the Yarra Division Girls Netball Championships. 

This event was played on Wednesday July 30th 2025  at the Pinks Reserve Netball Courts, Kilsyth.

Year 5 Netball Division Finals Report

On Wednesday, our Netball Team represented the school at the Division Finals with determination, teamwork and a fantastic attitude. The girls played three round robin games, coming away with two strong wins and one narrow loss, which was enough to see them progress through to the grand final.

The final was a tough, closely contested match, and while we didn’t come away with the win, the team fought hard until the very end. Every player gave it their all, demonstrating incredible effort, sportsmanship, and school spirit. They should be extremely proud of the way they performed on and off the court.

A huge thank you to Jo Zimmermann for her expert coaching and guidance, and to Desiree Armistead for her support and accurate scoring on the day. Well done, girls
