This week is Mental Health Week (7-14 October). It is a great time for everyone to focus on and think about our mental health. What are you doing to fill your cup? For me, it's taking my daily walks, breathing, staying in the present and connecting with my family, friends and my collegues! These simple acts help me when I'm in the blue or red zone to get back to the green zone.
