Kitchen Garden 

In Kitchen Garden across the Senior School, students have been planting a range of vegetables and plants suitable for growing in Spring. This has included the turning of soil and careful handling of the seedlings. Teesdale Primary School was fortunate enough to receive a grant from Golden Plains Shire to spend on Australian Indigenous Plants. Last week students planted the Indigenous edible plants we purchased, in our raised garden beds. It will be great to use these in our cooking next term! Thank you to Golden Plains Shire for the funding. We will be planting the rest of the purchased plants at the beginning of Term 4 when they are large enough to plant.
