2025 School Fees

The 2025 School Fee Structure has now been set.  Direct Debit, CSEF and the Schedule of fees forms have now been placed on the School Website and the School App (SIMON everywhere).  Hardcopies of this information can be picked up from the school office.

Direct Debit Payment Plan

The first Direct Debit payment for the 2025 School Year will be Friday, 7th February 2025.

If you wish to set up a Direct Debit payment for 2025, please ensure you fill out a Direct Debit form by the end of this term, ensuring we have enough time to set this up for the first payment to be processed.

Please note, a new Direct Debit form must be filled in each school year.  Please contact the school office on 58 211926  if you have any queries.

Health Care Card Holders

A reminder that families holding a valid Health Care Card (HCC) are eligible for a significant reduction in school fees for the upcoming year including all fees and levies.

For families who hold a current valid Health Care Card for 2025, please fill out the CSEF application form, Direct Debit form and provide a copy of your Health Care Card to the School office as soon as possible to be eligible for a significant reduction in School fees.

Please see the attached flyer for details and requirements:

If you've already submitted your HCC, completed the CSEF form, and have a direct debit in place, no further action is needed — the discount will be applied automatically.

Update Access to Student Reports via Parent Access Module (PAM)

Dear Families,

We are pleased to announce an exciting update regarding the Parent Access Module (PAM).

Over the past 12 months, we have been working to enhance the way we communicate student progress with families.

Starting this semester, student reports will be available digitally through PAM, rather than being printed. This transition provides parents with the flexibility to access their child’s reports any time after they are published at the end of each academic semester.

Having reports available digitally also offers the added benefit of easy downloading and sharing, making it simpler to share the reports with allied health professionals or use them in support of transitions to secondary education.

Reports will be released to families on Monday, 16th December 16th at 3:00pm

You will receive an email notification once the reports are available for viewing through PAM.

Thank you for your continued support.

Kind regards,

Joel Brian - Deputy Principal
