Medication & Health Plans
Ensuring the safety and well-being of our students is a top priority at our school. In order to provide appropriate care for any student requiring medication during school hours, we kindly request that you complete a Medication Authority Form, which is available from the office. This form allows us to have vital information about the medication, dosage, and administration details, ensuring that our staff can administer medications safely and effectively. Additionally, for ongoing medication, we request that you provide it in a Webster pack to facilitate accurate dispensing. We would also like to remind parents of children with asthma or allergies to kindly provide the school with updated management plans at your earliest convenience. It is essential that we have accurate and current information regarding your child's specific condition, including any changes in medication, triggers, or emergency procedures.
