Christmas 2024 holiday break
I can’t believe it is the end of another year of schooling!
It is very satisfying to assist people in finding information and resources for their needs, so I would like to Thank all students and staff for your queries for assistance this year. Resources needed were not just for classwork and research, but for personal interests and reading lists. I also helped you print and photocopy in the Senior Library.
Junior School students are so enthusiastic for their Library time each week, borrowing books for reading at home. They are always happy to see Library staff on Library Day, and Mrs Verhoeven and I are happy to see them.
I would like to Thank all the Junior students who returned books when requested, to assist Library staff in collecting items back so we can sort the shelves for another year of borrowing. A big task indeed!
I would also like to thank Mrs Gaye Verhoeven for all she does in the Junior Libraries, in making them a welcoming space. Mrs Verhoeven has bought a lot of small decorator items for both JS Library spaces, including a homemade Gumnut Baby cushion for the reading chair at Wentworth Falls. She has also donated a number of books to both Libraries that enhances the collections.
I would like to wish every BMGS Family a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New year! I hope you all have a relaxing time over the Holiday break and enjoy time with family and friends.
