Ballarat Carols by Candlelight - Sunday 22nd December
What a fantastic day we had at SpringFest this year! Your support helped make it a bumper event, and we are so grateful for your incredible efforts and contributions.
We are now on the home stretch, with just one more event on the SpringFest calendar at Ballarat Carols by Candlelight, happening on Sunday, 22nd December.
The Rotary community BBQ will be operating at Mars Stadium, starting from when the gates open at 5:00 PM and running until 9:00 PM. A friendly reminder - 2 volunteers from your group are required for this event – 1 volunteer per shift to assist.
Shift Times:
- First Shift: 4:30 PM – 7:00 PM
- Second Shift: 7:00 PM – 9:30 PM

Christmas Raffle - Wednesday 18th December
Our Christmas Raffle is always a huge success with fantastic prizes donated from our community. Prizes usually include but are not limited to toys, homewares, stationery, vouchers, movie passes, books and Christmas decorations.
Please bring your donations into the office right up until the 13th December.
The raffle is drawn during the end of year Presentation Night on Wednesday 18th December.
Wrapping of the Christmas Raffle will take place on Monday 16th December, 9am. Please come along and help out - many hands make light work.

School Lunches – Monday and Thursday through Quickcliq.com.au
The last day for lunch orders for 2024 is Monday 16th December - thank you.
Lunches need to be ordered online through the website www.quickcliq.com.au. Please note: sauce is provided in each classroom. Some days, not all items are available or sell out quickly. We recommend to try and order as early as possible, with orders closing at 8.15am on the day of delivery.
Second-hand Uniform Shop - Friday 13th December
This week the stall will be having a sale on shorts, skorts and kinder clothes - 2 for $1. Please also check the lost property - there are a lot of jumpers and other items.
The second-hand uniform shop will be opening on a monthly basis from 3pm-3.20pm with all items priced at $2 each. The second-hand uniform operates out of the STEM Room (Blue Hall) in the Brady Building.
Student Display Books ***Special Discounted Price $10 each***
Through the PFA, we have Student Display Folders for sale for $10 each. These are great for storing your child's reports, achievement certificates etc. The Display Folders are available from the School General Office.
