Welcome back to another fun-filled year at Holy Cross.
We hope you had a great and safe summer with family and friends!
Also, a big welcome to our new families starting fresh with us in 2025!
Christmas Concert and BBQ
As always, 2024 ended with our annual Christmas Concert and PFA run BBQ. It was a successful and fun night, with plenty of helpers and an amazing effort by the kids performing. We raised a fantastic $1121.12 which will go towards big happenings this year!
Welcome BBQ
Thank you to everyone who came to our annual Welcome BBQ last week. It is always a great night to mingle with new families and staff with a free sausage. We had a great turnout, and overall, it was a success. A BIG thank you to Danni and Anastasia for manning the BBQs, they both did an incredible job. Also, a big thank you to Clinton Zammit, Kate Bloomcamp, and Louise Ralph for staying around to help us clean up, we couldn’t have done it without you!
Bake Sale
The fortnightly Bake Sale will begin next Friday after assembly. We will start 2025 with the Grade 1 class. This is always a hit with the children after a week of school.
2025 Going Forward
The PFA has been busy brainstorming ideas for another exciting and fun-filled year at Holy Cross. We have many plans in the works, including constructing a stage for future events!
We’re also looking into the possibility of another Colour Run, always a highlight for our school community.
In addition, we have our much-loved fundraising events, such as the Mother's Day Stall, Father's Day Stall, and the traditional Easter Raffle at the end of this term. More details will be shared soon!
If you have any ideas, we’d love to hear from you, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Our events wouldn’t be possible without the help of our wonderful parent volunteers. We truly appreciate every contribution, big or small. The PFA is made up of dedicated volunteers who put in their time and energy to create special experiences for the children. If you’d like to be involved, we’d love to welcome you, please feel free to reach out to one of our friendly members below.
