This award is presented to Oliver for the positive attitude he displays at school. Oliver has a smile that lights up our classroom, and his cheeky manner endears him to everyone he meets. Oliver is usually willing to give everything ‘a go’ and is happy to help other students if needed. Well done, Oliver! You are a Scoresby Superstar!!
This award goes to Thanvi for being such a kind, thoughtful and respectful member of our class. This week, she went out of her way to help a classmate in need, showing what a caring and supportive friend she is. We are so lucky to have you in 1/2F Thanvi!
This award is presented to Lexi for consistently demonstrating the Scoresby HEART values. Lexi always tries her best and makes a genuine effort to include others. She is helpful both in and out of the classroom and is a positive role model for her peers. Wonderful effort, Lexi! I am so proud to be your teacher this year.
Alyrah is receiving this award for the amazing progress she has made with her Write2Read codes. She listens attentively during our morning rigour lessons, confidently recalling the sounds the codes make, and writing each code when she hears its sound. Keep up the great work, Alyrah!
Charlotte is receiving this award for the excellent work she has demonstrated in Literacy, particularly in understanding, following and writing procedures. She confidently identifies the key features of a procedural text and applies this knowledge when creating her own procedures. Keep up the great work, Charlotte!
This award goes to Kanish for showing outstanding enthusiasm, dedication and persistence in all areas of her learning. Kanish has also shown remarkable resilience in Bike Education, committing herself to learning to ride her bike with courage and determination. Fantastic effort, Kanish!

This award goes to Alisha for the great insights she has been making and sharing during our Read to Learn unit on Ancient Greece. Alisha was able to think critically about how different characters in the story ‘The Judgement of Paris’ contributed to the Trojan War. Well done Alisha!
This award goes to Gracie for her brilliant efforts in Maths this week. Your workings-out and drawing of diagrams to show the features of 3D shapes, and accurate ruling of nets, show how careful and precise you work! And well done on keeping your Maths book so neat! Great work Gracie!
This award goes to Harlan for his fantastic efforts in Maths this week. You used your problem-solving skills to draw and match nets for shapes, and did an excellent job helping the class cook playdough for our project. It’s awesome to see you work hard on your Maths! Well done, Harlan!

This award goes to Lucy for her sensational effort and creativity this term. Lucy designed a fabulous Hawaiian costume for her bear which will be exhibited at Scoresby Secondary’s Art Showcase next week. You are a Visual Arts superstar Lucy!
This award goes to Brodie for the enthusiasm and effort he has displayed when working on his planet research project. Brodie has carefully researched his planet, even spending extra time during lunch, and is ensuring that he presents his information neatly on his poster. Well done Brodie!
