Thank You

To our wonderful SPS chicken helper families, I would like to extend my gratitude to all the families who came up to school during the holidays to make sure our hens were fed and kept safe.

To Sam and Tom, Alvaro, Hayden, Harmony and Christopher, Hendrix, and their families, thank you so much for assisting with this during the break!

Having families volunteer to help out with the hens makes the break a whole lot easier for my family, as we are not as local as others.

If you would like to help out in the future, and be rewarded with freshly laid eggs, please let me know and keep an eye out for Compass posts from me closer to the term break.

SPS Egg Raffle

Our hens are back to laying more eggs now the weather is warming up, so our weekly Egg Raffle is back on!

To enter the raffle, buy a ticket from the office.  Tickets are 50c each and will give you one entry into the draw to win a dozen freshly-laid eggs. Tickets are available to purchase from the office from Monday to Thursday, closing at lunchtime on Thursday. You may buy as many tickets as you like.

Each week the winner will be announced at assembly by our Sustainble student leaders.

A new raffle starts each week (tickets do not carry over).
