Dear Parents/Guardians,

Welcome Back

Welcome back to the last term of 2024. With so much going on last term it passed very quickly. This term promises to be just as action packed. We have excursions, incursions, 3/4 Camp, Grade 2 sleep over, Whole school and Regional Athletics, Rochy Playtime, Orientation Day – just to mention a few of the many events and experiences that our students across the school will be involved in. The term has started smoothly despite the weather! For our Grade 6 students, it is an exciting time as it is the last term of their Primary schooling and we would like to wish them the very best and trust that you will have an enjoyable and productive time over the coming weeks, as well as reflecting and celebrating the wonderful memories you have from your time here.

Thank you!

We had a number of parents, staff and family members volunteer to work at the Elmore Field Days. This is a great display of support for our school. Thank you!

Regional Athletics

Good luck to our 8 athletes who will compete in Bendigo on Monday for the chance to make it though to the State athletics. You should all be very proud of making it to this level, it is a huge achievement. Thanks in advance to parents for supporting this event by taking their child on the day.

Uniform

If has been fantastic to see our students taking responsibility for having their blue school hats here this week. Please keep this up as all students need to have their school hat on to play outside at all times during term 4.

A friendly reminder, football shorts and football socks are not part of our school uniform.

House Athletics

We are very excited to hold a House Athletics carnival next Thursday the 17th October at the Windridge. We love having supporters at this event so it would be great to see parents come along. Our first events starts before10am with relays beginning

around 1pm, to finish off the day.  Thanks to Mr Rasmussen for his work in preparing the event.
