Last weekend our boarders enjoyed a social with a pool party and BBQ at Churchie on Saturday evening.
We are looking forward to welcoming BBC and Somerville House for a Halloween Party on Friday night, and a day at Broadbeach with other boarding schools on Sunday.
Last Thursday, a group of boarders participated in a new program Unplug 24. This national initiative encourages adolescents to unplug from social media for 24 hours to help save lives. Well done to Emily Miller, Layla Collins, Reese Taylor, Molly Sproat, Sally Sproat, Mary Sproat, Chloe Warburton, Sophie Carmichael and Rylee Scott.
As we roll into the second half of the final term of the year, please advise us urgently of your child’s end of term travel arrangements if you have not already done so to: boarding@clayfield.qld.edu.au.
A reminder that the term ends for boarders on Wednesday 27 November at 3:10pm, with Thursday 28 November being Boarder Travel Day.
