Dear Families,

Welcome back to the final term of 2024 at SFX! What a busy, fast-paced year it has been. It was wonderful to hear about everyone’s happy memories from the holidays with their families. Today was especially exciting as we welcomed a new student into our 1/2N family—Esther! We appreciated hearing about her life in Perth and are enjoying getting to know her.

At the end of Term 3, we had a spectacular day at the Enchanted Maze & Garden in Arthur's Seat. It was fabulous to see so many students from different year levels engage positively and participate in experiences that they might otherwise have been hesitant to try. Everyone showed respect and supported one another through challenging moments that pushed them out of their comfort zones.

This term, we have a lot to look forward to, including another 1/2 Mass, Body Education Sessions, and an excursion to the beautiful Cranbourne Botanical Gardens! If you haven’t already done so, please take the time to submit your child’s attendance through Operoo.

We will be exploring more about our identity this term and beginning to form connections with the Catholic identity. I encourage families to support their children in bringing special items of significance that relate to their faith to school to share. We look forward to discussing these items further in class and learning more about our identities.
