Prep

Welcome to Term 4. This term consolidates and celebrates the student's learning over the year. 

The Preps have been reconnecting with classmates, other students, and teachers on the playground and sharing news about their holiday activities. 

In Maths, the Preps counted forwards from 0 to 20 and backwards from 20 to 0. They are practised saying the number names from 11 to 20. This is the beginning stage of understanding place value. The students will learn to partition two-digit numbers into tens and units. 

Later in the week, they partitioned teen numbers into tens and units. 

On the last Thursday of Term 3, the SFX students went to The Enchanted Maze. As you can see from the photos, they enjoyed exploring the mazes and adventure activities. It was a great opportunity to meet other students across the year levels.
