Stage 3

Year 5 have had a dynamic and engaging term filled with hands-on learning and creative expression.  In Mathematics, we explored multiplicative relationships, mass, and measurement through both indoor and outdoor activities, working collaboratively to build on each other’s ideas. 

In English, we’ve been developing persuasive writing skills while enjoying our novel study, which has sparked thoughtful discussion and reflection. To celebrate our classroom community, students created vibrant self-portraits to be proudly displayed on our walls.

A special shout-out goes to our debating group, who represented the school with confidence and enthusiasm over four weeks of competition amongst other local schools. Their efforts were recognised with a well-deserved pizza party this week-congratulations to all involved!
