Middle School

What a busy and exciting term it has been for our Year 7–9 students!
Many of our students shone on stage and behind the scenes in this year’s school musical, Cinderella. Their commitment, teamwork and creativity made the production a huge success, and it was wonderful to see so many students sharing their talents with our school community.
In the classroom, our Year 7 students have been stepping into the shoes of Members of Parliament as part of their Humanities inquiry assessment. They have been representing electorates, preparing speeches and campaigning for votes—showing impressive courage and leadership skills.
Our Year 8 students finished the term on a high with a day of celebrations, including an epic Battle of the Bands. The energy, enthusiasm and talent on display made it a memorable event for everyone involved.
Meanwhile, our Year 9 students ventured into the city for their City Experience program. They embraced a wide range of activities, with highlights including the Big Issue Scavenger Hunt, exploring the Old Melbourne Gaol, and a food tour at the Queen Victoria Market. It was a fantastic opportunity for them to learn beyond the classroom and engage with the city in new and exciting ways.
Congratulations to all our Year 7–9 students for a productive and rewarding term. We look forward to seeing what Term 4 will bring!
