District Athletics – What a Fantastic Day!

A huge congratulations to all OOPS students who competed in the District Athletics meet last Friday! Every participant showed outstanding sportsmanship and made our school proud through their effort and enthusiasm.

A special shout-out to Essie, Oscar S, Audrey L, Sophie W, Toby, and Aaron, who have earned their place at Division Athletics—well done, athletes! We’re cheering you on and wish you every success in the next round.

We also extend heartfelt thanks to Ellen, Lucy, Zahn, Anna, Cindy, and Andrew for volunteering their time and support on the day—your help was invaluable in making the event a positive experience for everyone involved.

Ride 2 School Day

🚴‍♀️ Ride2School Day – Thursday 18 September 🚴

Grab your bike, scooter, skateboard or even your rollerblades – and join the fun! Ride2School Day is all about getting active, enjoying the fresh air and arriving at school with a big smile.

When you get to school, park in your special spot:

• Prep – Bike stands next to the toilets 🚲
• Grade 1 & 2 – Along the oval fence (Koonung Rd side) 🛴
• Grade 3 – Around the Grade 3 classrooms 🛼
• Grade 4 – Against the red fence near Koonung Oval 🚴
• Grade 5 & 6 – On the grass area where you normally line up 🚲
