Creativity & Endeavour. Respect, Inclusion, Resilience
After another wonderful term of learning together, it is once again time to wish our students a happy school holiday break.
Our students have achieved so much this term—both in and out of the classroom—and we’re incredibly proud of their efforts, growth and resilience.
A special thank you goes to our dedicated staff for the energy and care they bring to their work each day, helping to make Roberts McCubbin such a positive place to learn and grow. We’d also like to acknowledge the staff who attended the Year 3/4 camp this week—your time spent away from your families, creating memorable experiences for our students, is truly appreciated. As we head into the holiday break, we hope all our students and families enjoy a safe, restful and happy time together. We look forward to welcoming everyone back for term 4, as we begin on the home stretch of 2025!
If you are aware of families intending to enrol in our school for 2026 who haven't done so yet, please encourage them to do so as soon as possible, including families with siblings looking to join our Foundation 2026 group.
If your family is intending to move on in 2026, we're sorry to see you go, but we also greatly appreciate notification as early as possible so we can plan for staffing and classes more accurately.
As part of our school’s SunSmart policy, the official SunSmart period is now active. We expect that all students will begin wearing their hats, will 'no hat, no play' enforced from the beginning of Term 4 and any high UV days between now and the end of Term 3. Please ensure your child’s hat is clearly labelled and brought to school each day. Thank you for helping us keep our students safe in the sun.
