What a wonderful week of learning we’ve had in our classroom! 😊

In Maths, we have been focusing on number formation and number recognition. The students have been working hard to correctly write their numbers and identify them quickly. We’ve been playing lots of fun, hands-on games to practise these skills, which has made learning both engaging and exciting. It’s been fantastic to see their confidence growing each day!

In Literacy, we have begun building our sounds knowledge. The students are learning how different sounds are made by paying close attention to their mouth placement and the airflow when speaking. They have loved looking at each other to see what their mouth is doing and feeling the air as they practise! We have also been busy completing lots of pre-writing activities to strengthen our fine motor skills and prepare us for writing success.

We are so proud of the effort everyone is putting into their learning — what a great start! 🌟
