RHPS Community Iftar
Dear RHPS Community,
We warmly invite all families to join us for a special Iftar gathering at RHPS. This event provides a wonderful opportunity for children to learn about cultural traditions, as many in our community observe this important celebration. We look forward to coming together in a spirit of unity and inclusivity
Date : March 19th, 2025
Gathering begins : 7:00pm
Iftar (Eating Time) : 7:30pm - 7:40pm
Event Concludes : 9:00pm
This event is a chance to connect with one another and foster a stronger sense of community within our neighbourhood. Whether you are a student, parent, staff member, or a friend, we welcome you to join us for this special occasion.
To make this a meaningful and shared experience, you may choose one of the following options:
Option 1: Share a Dish
Contribute to the communal Iftar by bringing:
- A main course for the shared table
- A dessert to spread some sweetness
- Savory snacks/appetizers for everyone to enjoy
- Fruit platter
Option 2: Bring Your Own
If you prefer, you’re welcome to bring food for just you and your family.
Regardless of how you participate, our goal is to come together, celebrate the spirit of Ramadan, and enjoy an evening of connection and joy.
Our school will also be cooking a halal sausage sizzle for everyone to enjoy, Popcorn, Zooper-Dooper and Activities table provided by Their Care with fun activities for the kids to enjoy.
We will have two Prayer Rooms:
Multipurpose Room – men’s prayer
Classroom – women’s prayer.
