Wellbeing and Engagement

Wellbeing Week
During the week of Monday 24th to Friday 28th March, our school is thrilled to host Wellbeing Week, dedicated to nurturing mental health and happiness among our students. This special week is packed with a variety of enjoyable and meaningful activities, all aimed at equipping children with essential tools for managing their own mental wellbeing. The activities are inspired by the PERMAH model. PERMAH stands for Positive Emotions, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning, Accomplishment, and Health. The PERMAH model is a wellbeing framework developed by positive psychologist Martin Seligman. It focuses on six elements that contribute to overall wellbeing.
Stay tuned for more exciting updates as we continue to enhance our Wellbeing Week plans!
