Hello fabulous Parents and Carers,
While it's bittersweet to say goodbye to summer, there's something truly beautiful about watching the autumn colours gradually emerging through the trees and across the landscape.
In the coming weeks we will be conducting wellbeing surveys for staff, students and parents. The purpose of these surveys are to monitor where we are all at and any areas that may need enhancement in the area of health and wellbeing. Please keep an eye out for more information about the surveys in the coming weeks.
Are you getting enough sleep? What about your kids? I have attached a great article in regards to the importance of sleep. This is a child-friendly report, so maybe your child could have a go at reading it to you!
