SRC 2025

We are excited to begin the Student Representative Council (SRC) for this school year! The SRC plays a vital role in giving students a voice in school decisions and activities, allowing them to share their ideas, concerns, and contribute to creating a positive school environment.
We are trialling something different this year: In Semester One, a representative from Years 3-6 will be elected. They will then mentor a representative from each Prep-Year 2 class, elected in Semester Two.
The SRC will meet regularly with teachers and school leaders to discuss various topics such as school events, student wellbeing, and ways to improve our school for everyone. Through their involvement, students learn valuable skills such as leadership, communication, teamwork, and responsibility.
Teachers will share more details about the election process with their students in the coming weeks. If you would like to view more about our SRC, please visit our school website https://goodshep.vic.edu.au/student-wellbeing/#stu-voice
