Foundation News 

This week we have started our new phonics program, InitiaLit. We have been learning about words. The students have been really enjoying the fine motor activities where they have been using playdough, tweezers, tracing sheets and threading beads. Take a look at how much fun we have had!

We have also learned a new game in Maths called Bump! This has helped us practice how to work in partners and take turns as well as counting up to six.

Just a reminder that The Courier is coming Friday morning to take photos of our amazing Foundation students. Please make sure that your child is in full school uniform.

Thank you to everyone who has already brought in their art smocks and headphones. If you haven't already brought yours, please provide to your classroom teacher asap. Please ensure that these items are clearly named/labelled.
