What an exciting start to the year for Yellow Group who are quickly adjusting to longer days at Kinder as they make new friends, learn new routines and share sparks of joy and wonder whilst engaging in their learning.  Each morning, the children enthusiastically participate in songs, rhymes and sharing their ideas during our Yarning Circles.  This week the children actively shared their ‘voice’ as we co-constructed our ‘Class Agreements’. It was wonderful to capture the children’s ideas of how to respect themselves, others and our Kinder, thereby creating a safe and inclusive learning environment.  The children have been particularly engaged in creating ‘Cafes’ in the sandpit where cakes are being made fresh daily.  We look forward to an exciting term together as the children develop their sense of belonging and identity.
