MORNING FUEL UP
We know it can be a challenge to get our young people to eat brekky before they rush off to school.
Every Monday, Thursday and Friday morning Camden High will be providing the opportunity for students to grab some FREE brekky in the quad.
With help from Foodbank’s School Breakfast 4 Health, we are able to provide our students with a nutritious meal to help them feel good, focus and concentrate in class.
Please feel free to encourage your child to come down and check out our Morning Fuel Up Station outside the library.
WELLBEING LUNCH GROUPS
As part of the innovative programs being run out the library in 2025, the Wellbeing faculty will be running a few lunch time groups each week:
Tuesday Recess (first break) - Chill Out Tuesday
Chill Out Tuesday is a safe space for anyone to drop by and hang out. There will be a laid-back activity each week, and it is an opportunity for students to either come with friends or meet new ones.
Tuesday Lunch (second break) - Stretch and Yoga
Every second break on Tuesdays, students will have the opportunity to drop into some simple stretching, yoga, breathwork or mindfulness activity. The aim is to provide students with a space to find calm and ease, both mentally and physically. No special attire or equipment necessary. Everything will be easily done in full school uniform.
Friday Lunch (second break) - Friday Games
Students are invited to come down at lunch on Fridays to have some fun and play some games. An assortment of board games will be available: including chess, Uno, Jenga, puzzles... and more! Bring a friend or make some new ones! Challenge a teacher to a game! It is a great space to unwind and find some joy just before the weekend.
