First Nations Education

First Nations UWS Liverpool Campus visit!!
Students and teachers began their day early, travelling by bus to the Liverpool Campus. Upon arrival, they were warmly welcomed by the Pathways to Dreaming staff and student mentors. A well-organised and informative day was planned for the students, featuring a tour of the vertical campus. They were introduced to two of the courses offered at the Liverpool campus—Policing and Nursing—along with other valuable information designed to help our senior First Nations students gain a deeper understanding of what university has to offer and the opportunities available to them after they complete their studies.
Morning Tea
EHS held a morning tea for our First Nations Roll Call students and all Year 7 First Nations students.
During our Thrive lesson on Monday of Week 9, we officially welcomed the new Year 7's and introduced the new Relieving First Nations Coordinator, Mrs Shaji.
This gathering provided an opportunity for our First Nations students to connect, build relationships, and enjoy their time together.
ARTucation
Our students had a fantastic time during their ARTucation session, creating pinch pottery under the guidance of visiting artist Natalie Valiente. They explored how powerful stories can be told through artwork — one pinch at a time!
