Easter Raffle
A huge thank you to Bonnie Wright for organizing our Eggstravagant Easter Egg Raffle and to the generous donations from our wonderful parent community. Contributions were also received from Woolworths Hawksburn Village, Woolworths Toorak Village, and Coles Local Toorak Village. Your donations enabled Bonnie to create 11 spectacular hampers overflowing with chocolate and Easter treats. Our lucky winners were -

Battle of the Bands
This week, our talented Grade 6A and 6B students went head-to-head in our annual musical showdown, Battle of the Bands! Each class delivered an incredible performance, showcasing a song accompanied by live instruments. Congratulations to Grade 6A who emerged as our Battle of the Bands winner for 2025, singing Sweet Caroline!
Pizza and Paper Planes
Our Dad's and kid's had a sensational time at our 'Pizza and Paper Planes' fathering project event earlier in the week. Together, our dad's and kid's enjoyed eating Margherita pizzas and constructing a collection of paper planes. Our winners for the evening were:
Telek, whose plane flew the greatest distance.
Luna who created the most innovative plane, and Alea for making the most creative plane.
We look forward to our next event, Bangers, and Bingo on Tuesday 3 June.
Grade 5 Fizzics Incursion
On Monday, the Grade 5 students had a Fizzics incursion and saw some amazing experiments, like exploding foam, fire in flour, and colour-changing water. Everyone had a great time! Students learned about physical reactions and how fire and oxygen can combine to create a big fire from flour. By Marnie 5C
Spatzenschule Lunch Order Day
Our students very much enjoyed the delicious lunch order day put on yesterday by the Spatzenschule. Students enjoyed a hotdog, chocolate brownie, and drink. Thank you to our parents for supporting the Spatzenschule community!
