Happy final week of term 1, 

Well done on another incredible term - whether it be your first in this role or another term of growth and progress, thank you for your constant dedication and hard work. 

I often ask the coachees and leaders I work with to identify a win- big of small- and take a moment to celebrate the effort behind it (sometimes we need to remember do to this!). I hope you can do the same and recognise one win for yourself over the part few months. Don't forget to celebrate your success!
