Futsal State Finals (SSV)

In term three, the ASPS ‘Grade 3/4 boys’ Futsal team qualified for the State SSV finals. 

These finals were played on the 10th of November. It was a brilliant day of competition, with huge effort from all of the boys.

ASPS played 6 games - they won three, drew two, and lost one. 

They narrowly missed out on qualifying for the grand final, but finished outright third.  

A wonderful result in the SSV Futsal State Titles! 

Amazon Netball

On Saturday 25 November, the Amazon Netball Club had two teams, the Amazon Warriors, and the Amazon Legends play each other in the Stonnington City netball Association Under 13 division 2 grand final. 

The two teams are made up of grade 5&6 ASPS students and ex students. As always it was a close contest and the standard of netball was excellent! 

The Amazon Legends, got out to a lead in the first quarter and the Warriors fought hard, with the Legends holding on to win 21-20 goals.
