Principal's Message

The Department of Education continues to monitor and provide support and advice to all schools regarding bush fire and grass fire risks. This involves regular consultation and liaison with subject matter experts such as emergency services to deliver current and relevant information to schools. Please see below advice from the Department of Education regarding Bush fire advice. Eglinton is classed as a Category 2 school. Therefore we are required to have a Bush fire management plan.

Wednesday night we held a parent session forStage 3 Canberra excursion. Senior Constable Rachel Joyce joined us and spoke to parents about Social media. We all appreciated her incite. She will be coming to Eglinton on Tuesday 24th September to speak to the whole school

Congratulations to Blake Simmons, who travelled to Tamworth on August 27  to compete at the NSWPSSA Boys Soccer. Blake had a fantastic time playing some great soccer.
